Abstract
A gas-discharge radiation source (spectral lamp) has been developed for adjusting spectral devices that operate in the near vacuum UV. The lamp emits three pairs of intense atomic lines in the 115–175-nm wavelength region, lying at the edges and in the center of the indicated spectral interval. The source is compact, with low power consumption (less than 1 W). The spectrum of the source and the relative intensities of the spectral lines are presented.
