Abstract

We present the case of a 27-year-old patient with severe developmental amnesia syndrome. This diagnosis is rarely made when young patients present with memory complaints, and when it is, it is usually made very late. Individualised psycho-medico-social care can promote social and professional integration and limit disability. There is a need to raise awareness of this syndrome, the prevalence of which is underestimated.
