Abstract

The objective of this article is to trace the development of children in the speeches of the official authorities in the Department of Valley of Cauca in the early twentieth century. Inquire at the way in which the official voice invented, built and represented the children as vital period that holds many keys to understanding the rest of the ages and behavior of man and society, independent of the timing and social context.
