Abstract

Organizations adapt progressively that allows them to be more competitive. The disruptive philosophy establishes innovations in products and services to take advantage of market opportunities and satisfy needs. This philosophy allows us to establish affordable price, quality and potential for continuous improvement. All companies incorporated new technologies to achieve improvement in their internal and external processes. Achieving a disruptive mindset in organizations and people encouraged workers to gain flexible and accessible skills. The use of artificial intelligence has managed to improve decision-making in hiring and talent management. The disruptive philosophy analyzes the process of a company that enters a market with a new strength in technology and surpasses consolidated companies in the sector, which do not adapt to market changes. Its importance explains why large companies and even leading companies in a certain sector are more competitive than others are when using this type of philosophy. In the teaching and learning process of Administration schools, their activities require portable devices and designs, using netbooks and other personal digital devices in the constitution and formalization of Companies, achieving competitiveness.
