Abstract
A mind in harmony with the environment will provide the tranquility for employees to be happy, satisfied and can develop their emotional resilience, however, we have the other part; the company, review plans, and management systems are necessary because tuning the two parts; employee-company will play in a harmonious sonnet that will improve their education and therefore the interpersonal relationships employee-employee, employee-employer, employee-family, among others. That is why the objective of this essay was to reflect on the practices and policies that allow to rescue the emotional health of workers in their work environment. By improving the work environment and production, it is possible to encourage a corporate governance that provides everyone with the possibilities and facilities to innovate, resulting in a win-win situation.
