Abstract

The fall of the Franco???s dictatorship will produce the start of a process of decriminalization of ???feminine crimes??? and gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans* identities as the same time as their organization as political movements. These formations are deployed in a time of political opening ???the Democratic Transition???, facing both the internal problems of their movements, and the continuous obstacles imposed by the structures of the State that seemed to intentionally ???forget??? gender alterities. A clear example will be the Amnesty policies applied 1975-1977 that show how determined groups were legally and socially excluded because of masculine discourse of ???common good???.
