Abstract

The objective of the research has been to implement organizational communication as a method to generate an increase in effectiveness in the operational processes and services they manage, with the purpose of establishing the relevance of organizational communication in the logistics sector, 2010 - 2023. In relation to the methodology, the study that was carried out was qualitative, to the extent that important references of organizational communication in various environments were investigated. To have more information, background information for the period 2010 – 2023 was searched, the data banks that were applied were Proquest, Scielo, EBSCO, Dialnet and Sciendirect. The results have been examined based on inclusion and exclusion methods, with a result of 111,897 articles in reference to organizational communication and as a sample 45 scientific articles. Finally, it was determined that organizational communication is a very valuable tool for private companies, which will help operations or services to be managed appropriately, thus increasing the profitability of companies and their positioning in the market. labor. It is concluded that organizational communication in private companies in the logistics sector is very important to be able to manage communication in a more suitable way, which will help generate a pleasant environment for customers and collaborators of the organization.
