KNOWLEDGE OF WISDOM AND ACUMEN AND THEIR SOCIAL EFFECTS IN THE LIGHT OF ISLAMIC TEACHINGS (An Analytical Study)

Abstract

Knowledge of wisdom and understanding is the foundation of Islam and the spirit of perfect worship. Similarly, knowledge of Qur’an is rudimentary to acquire the nearness of Allah (SWT); because the purpose of the creation of the universe is to identify and recognize Allah. In the present most advanced scientific era, many Muslim communities are surrounded by ‘Atheism Wave’ and think that the existence of the World is a coincidence. We should contest such thinking. It is only possible when our belief and Iman are strong enough and is full of love and fear of Allah (God). And they should be thankful for His universal blessings and deserve to ask for His mercy. Only then can society be reformed when we make ourselves accountable and review our defects and doings. This is the only solution of the present time and finds a way to exit. Allah SWT’s love and fear of being answerable are desired to be taught in one’s mind, heart and actions. The useful knowledge from Qur’an regarding Allah being great, generous, unselfish, and gracious can benefit us. This creates an effect of broad mindedness, courage, and bravery in society. In brief, submission to Allah Almighty with total dedication, love, and obedience can result in the recognition of Allah. A man contemplates all the creations of Allah and acquires the knowledge of recognizing the skills of their Maker. Society can only be reformed if it takes stock of itself; only then can it have a positive effect, and this is the thought-provoking problem of the day in Muslim communities worldwide.
