Abstract

In the presented work, the issues of knowledge management in organizations united in a network structure are considered. The modern market requires flexibility from organizations. Networking provides a synergistic effect from the possibility of pooling the resources of participating organizations, including through the use of knowledge. The article provides an overview of theoretical scientific ideas about the essence of the knowledge management process and its features in relation to network organizations. Network organizations are structures that carry out complex projects that often go beyond the boundaries of one industry. Therefore, they are aware of the need for dynamic knowledge acquisition through the creation of alliances and networks of cooperation. High-quality management of business processes affects the efficiency of network organizations.
