Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management and its role in enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance learning programs from the viewpoint of educational leaders in the Northern District in the Palestinian interior, and the descriptive analysis approach was used. The study sample consisted of (55) managers and directors in The North Brigade, the results of the study showed that the role of knowledge management and its role in enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance learning programs from the viewpoint of educational leaders in the North District in the Palestinian interior was very large, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of the role of management Knowledge and its role in enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance learning programs from the point of view of educational leaders in the Northern District in the Palestinian interior according to the gender variable, academic qualification and experience, while the results showed differences according to years of administrative experience
