One of the characters that must be developed in elementary school students is sportsmanship. Programs designed in schools should be able to support the development of the student's sportsmanship character. One of the programs that can integrate sportsmanship character education is outbound activities. This study aims to reveal the relationship of outbound activities in order to form the sportsmanship character of elementary school students. This relationship is discussed through various literature sources. Based on the results of the literature review, it shows that outbound activities carried out in the open in the form of fun games have implications for the sportsmanship character of elementary school students. Games in outbound activities consciously make students adapt and cooperate. The rules in the outbound activity game shape the student's sportsmanship character to obey the rules set by the outbound committee. Teachers can maximize sportsmanship character education through fun activities outside the classroom such as the outdoors but still full of rules that educate students through outbound activities.
