Abstract
Education is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge from teachers to students. Education is a process of spiritual relationship between teachers and students. where a teacher becomes a benchmark for students to think and act. This research focuses on the problem; what are the values of teacher character education contained in surah an-Nas verses 1-6, as well as how to actualize the values of character education for teachers in the Millennial era. The method used is the library research method. The interpretation method used is the tahlili method. The results of the study show that the values of the teacher's character in the Qur'an Surah an-Nas verses 1-6 are: first character is value of religious, namely to unite Allah and not associate Him with anything. Second character is, loving. Third character is wise. Fourth character is introspection or alertness to faint whispers in the heart or whispers from the surrounding environment. The actualization of teacher character education values contained in the Qur'an Surah an-Nas verses 1-6 in the millennial era is in the following five matters. First, read the Qur'an and live its meaning. Second, establish evening prayers. Third, gather with pious people. Fourth, increase fasting. Fifth, dhikr.
