Abstract
This study conducted a study on the selection attributes targeting consumers who use the restaurant using the Jong-ga foods restaurant.In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we tried to derive practical implications through IPA analysis by deriving 24 selection attribute items for each of importance and satisfaction for consumers who used the closing price restaurant. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we tried to derive practical implications through IPA analysis by deriving 24 selection attribute items for each of importance and satisfaction for consumers who used the Jong-ga foods restaurant.As a result of analyzing the importance of each selection attribute of the Jong-ga restaurant, it was found that the convenient use of public transportation, the landscaping facility of the Jongga restaurant, and various types of Jong-ga food were important selection attributes. In addition, as a result of analyzing satisfaction by selection attributes of Jongga restaurants, it was found that the surrounding environment of the Jong-ga restaurants and the convenience of using public transportation at the Jongga restaurants were satisfactory selection attributes.
