Abstract
With the deepening of the reform of electric power system, in order to accurately evaluate business of incremental power distribution, this paper proposes a preliminary comprehensive investment evaluation index system about incremental distribution network. Firstly, the constructing principles for investment evaluation system about incremental distribution network should be analyzed. Then, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the Delphi method are used to construct the evaluation index system for investment about incremental distribution network. Furthermore, this paper introduces how to use the AHP determine the weight value of each indicator. Finally, relevant suggestions could be given for the sake of providing strategic decision support for the construction, investment and operation of the incremental distribution network for grid companies, and to further promote the overall stable development of the power market.
