Abstract
Taking the incremental distribution network, an important content in the new round of power system reform in China, as the research goal, this paper combs the background conditions of the emergence of incremental distribution network in China, and refines the three objectives of incremental distribution network reform. At the same time, this paper studies the situation of the world's mainstream distribution network operation countries such as the United States, Britain, and Australi, analyzes the main supervision modes of foreign distribution networks, and analyzes the more mature experience and Enlightenment of foreign distribution network operation. In addition, this paper also studies the development of domestic incremental distribution network, focusing on the comparative study of incremental distribution network in Guangdong, Guizhou, Guangxi, Hainan and Yunnan. By comparing the development of domestic and foreign incremental distribution network participating in the power market, relevant suggestions are put forward for further promoting the construction of incremental distribution network and participating in the power market.
