Abstract
We report the case of a patient suffering of rhinoconjonctivitis related to multisensitizations to pollens and of chronic asthma exacerbated by the exposition to moists, irritative agents and latex contact. She also presented food allergy such as oral syndrome and urticaria. The sensitization profile of the patient was studied by ISAC biochip. We showed that the food manifestations were mostly related to PR-10 proteins of birch, apple, chust without any sensitization to the LTP proteins with a possible role of the banana profillin. The sensitization to latex observed by conventional IgE ImmunoCAP was limited to the profillin. Our results suggest that the sensitization profile of the patient is not in favour of a risk of severe systemic reactions.
