Abstract
Each generation discovers, and produces, its own reading of Marx's Capital. In my introduction to the symposium “Under the Dome: The Ethics and Politics of Reading Capital,” I explain how a group of students at the University of Notre Dame organized a reading group on Capital and then wrote essays on what new ideas they found, in relation to their ongoing research projects.
