Abstract
An intrinsic model for the high Tc superconductor - superconducting field effect transistor (HTS -MOSuFET) operating in the weak inversion region is studied. The HTS - MOSuFET made by the gate control HTS - NCCO - HTS junction, here NCCO is a normal conducting copper oxide. Characteristic of voltage - current, and tranconductance of the device are analyzed. Result shown the characteristics were exponential and had very high gain.
