Abstract

Arylsulphatase (B) activity has been demonstrated by means of an electronmicroscopic cytochemical method (substrate: p-nitrocatechol sulphate; capturing ion: barium, pH 5.5) in the lysosomes, in many Golgi elements, and occasionally in the endoplasmic reticulum of rat adrenal cortical cells.
