Abstract
In this interview with Jeff Barda and Eric Lynch, Emmanuelle Pireyre discusses her poetic practice in relation to the issue of the public. She stresses how performance and experimentation with other fields of knowledge are key to investigating and addressing public issues. The importance of the audience and the question of form are also addressed, as are ideas concerning literary action in the contemporary period.
