Abstract

Objective To discuss interventional biopsy histology of the liver lesions of pathological di-agnosis and clinical evaluation. Methods 20 cases of liver lesions treated with percutaneous CT-guided cutting needle biopsy of liver extract liver lesions, With 10% formaldehyde solution fixed specimens sent to the patholog-ical examination room. Results All 20 cases of patients with successful puncture, No significant complications. Of these,hepatocellular carcinoma 15 cases; 1 cases of mild heterotypic cells; Mild one cases of atypical hyper- plasia; Two cases of chronic interstitial hepatitis; Not found cancer ceils( considered benign placeholder) 1 ca-ses. Conclusion Interventional biopsy of the liver histological lesions with positioning accuracy, Based on relia- ble, Confirmed the high rate, Low complication rate, It is worth popularization and application.
