Abstract

The development of the national system of education in any country is defined by the influence of both internal factors and external, international factors. These factors are dialectically interdependent and interconnected. Any underestimation or overestimation of a particular group of factors, any incorrect understanding of their essence during a specific historical period of time, will always have a negative effect on the fate of public education.
