Abstract

The study aims to provide a theoretical and practical framework on the topic of "Integration of the Accelerated Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing System" to know the level of application of the dimensions of the accelerated supply chain represented by (speed, flexibility, and responsiveness) and the dimensions of the Lean manufacturing system (worksite organization, comprehensive productive maintenance, improvement Continuous preparation, preparation and preparation of machinery and equipment, and cellular manufacturing), where the Baghdad Company for Soft Drinks - Al-Furat Factory was chosen as a site for the study.
