Abstract

AbstractStaff training affects the results of the entire organization. More organizations are looking for ways to improve learning effectiveness. The main goal of the educational process is to ensure a given level of the employee’s competence throughout his life cycle. The effectiveness of the educational process depends on the degree of integration of all its participants. The goal of the research is to develop an integration mechanism for managing the educational process based on the value chain and life cycle model to ensure its competitiveness. The educational process should be managed through a value chain. The main processes are defined as: the preparation stage, the training stage and the application stage. To ensure the integration of participants in the educational process, their target guidelines are formulated and role functions are defined. The absence of a mechanism for selecting employees for training and assessing their behavior after training is the main reason for the discrepancy among the actual and target results of the educational process. An integration mechanism for managing the educational process based on the value chain and life cycle model has been developed to increase its competitiveness. The use of the life cycle model allows the manager to assess the level of competence of the employee before and after training. The integration mechanism for educational process management is a set of actions aimed at strengthening coordination and interaction of the main participants in the educational process and ensuring the achievement of their goals.KeywordsEducation and economic developmentHuman capitalLearningValue chainLife cycleJEL CodesI25O15P46
