Abstract

Moral decadence may arise as a result of a lack of understanding of the meaning and relevance of faith itself. Unfavorable environmental conditions can have an impact on morale and educational disorientation, which is known if the current learning orientation is to obtain good grades. They do not understand and master the knowledge and abilities they should master. In this case, education has a very important role in achieving the true goals of students' education optimally. Where the school has become a second parent for children who in the process really want to create and present the best for the development of students so that they can confidently create a happy and prosperous life in this world and the hereafter. Therefore, the material offered by Islamic religious education includes elements contained in the Koran and Sunnah. The PAI material that is presented must also follow developments in the challenges that exist in society, and the existing material must also be packaged in such a way that it is not out of date and remains guided by the sources of the Koran and Sunnah. That way we can answer and overcome phenomena that occur, such as moral decadence in this digital era. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of how to integrate Islamic religious education materials in efforts to prevent moral decadence in the current digital era. The method used by researchers is to use qualitative methods, with a phenomenological approach where the data collection technique uses observation and interviews. The results of this research show that it is very important to have updates in Islamic religious education material, this is because the learning process from year to year has had very significant changes. So with material prepared in accordance with the challenges faced in the digital era, where students are more inclined towards technology, today's educational challenges are different from previous challenges.
