Abstract

Workers engaged in the maintenance of agricultural machinery are exposed to a number of production factors in the course of their work, which can be considered as risk factors for the development of cognitive impairment. The purpose of the work: to diagnose cognitive disorders using informative instrumental methods of examination of mental functions, such as cognitive evoked potentials P 300, ultrasound duplex scanning of brachiocephalic arteries in combination with the determination of the atherogenicity index. In order to diagnose the stages of cognitive impairment early, optimal quantitative and qualitative signs in combination with professional experience and age have been determined. Each feature was evaluated in points, which are further summarized. The stages of cognitive impairment are determined by the sum of the points.
