Abstract

The article deals with the problem questions of modern higher education in the brunch of formation of physical culture and health self-organization of the future highly skilled experts of technical branches of industry. The orientation of the system of higher education on forming of professional competence of future specialists requires creation of educational environment that induces to realization of strategic aims and tasks on development of society. Purpose: to conduct the analysis of educational process of higher technical educational establishment on forming of athletic-health independently to get organized of future highly skilled specialists of technical industries of production and describe the features of student environment of the relatively valued attitude toward the health of personality. Methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature; psycho-pedagogical supervision; questionnaire; methods of psychological diagnostics, physiology methods (pulsometry, tonometry, functional tests); methods of motive tests. Results: The pedagogical conditions ensuring the effectiveness of physical culture and health self-organization formation, the conduct of healthy lifestyle by modern students and orient young people to a qualitatively active, positively charged (health-saving) environment in a higher technical educational institution are substantiated and experimentally verified. Also the role and importance of the educational environment of the higher technical educational institution in shaping the athletic and recreational competence of student youth is revealed. It is proved that production loads in modern conditions of industrial development require a significant increasing of the psychophysical capabilities of every person. So the characteristics of the students’ environment in relation to the value of individual health are given. Focus of the higher education system on the formation of professional competence of future teachers requires the creation of an educational environment that encourages the implementation of strategic goals and objectives of the development of education. The development of the educational environment in higher educational institutions is associated with the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies into practice, the design of modern educational content, vocational guidance, the increase in the volume of independent seatwork of students, and the implementation of the creative and problematic tasks.
