Abstract

With the gradual advancement of sports in our country, the innovation of tennis teaching has become a concern of people. This research mainly discusses the innovative teaching of public sports tennis courses in colleges and universities. Tests were performed before and after the three-month experiment to compare the changes in serving speed before and after the experiment. In the technical evaluation test of serving speed, a speedometer is used to measure the speed of the ball. In each test, each person will test three times and choose the best result. The experimental group and the control group are consistent in teaching progress, venue, teaching hours, and syllabus content, and are taught by the same teacher. Experimental error control mainly includes the control of errors in teaching environment, teaching content, teaching time, students' basic situation, teacher's teaching ability, and students.
