With development of tourist industry in our country, there is a necessity for rational organization and effective management by tourist activity in the conditions of market economy and grant of necessary knowledge in a management by tourist activity necessary to every businessman of this industry and his personnel, to provide the competitiveness of services on internal and external markets, that possibly by the use of rules of management and experience of other states. Negotiations present the wide aspect of intercourse which embraces many spheres of activity of individual. As a method of decision of conflicts negotiations are the set of tactical receptions, sent to the search of acceptable decisions for conflicting parties and assistance by the personnel of hotel business and tourist industry in organization of activity and operative adaptation her in accordance with the changes of factors of external environment. Business intercourse must be accordingly organized. Beginning of this process determines formulation of purpose. Aims which are formed by a tourist manager can be different : to convince an interlocutor to purchase a that or other tourist favour, make agreement, decide a contradictory question, get necessary information and others like that. The clear understanding of such purpose is very important at the choice of tactic/pl of intercourse. For the conduct of effective business it is expedient to own modern knowledge in relation to creation of administrative structures and development of processes of tourism and hospitality, drafting passport on every day, for any event, a theme, necessary information, all important events, and also ability and skills to accept effective administrative decisions in relation to activity of hotels and tour operators, is brought in which. The use of ethics principles will allow to reduce conflict co-operations and improve quality services. The employee of tour operator must not recklessly execute the requirements of business etiquette. He simply needs to try to understand their internal maintenance and essence, which stipulated their necessity for business intercourse. Norms of business etiquette are the not greatest truth, they do not have absolute character and can change in course of time. However their clever observance will promote efficiency of activity of tour operator substantially. Application of principles of business etiquette in practice is economic advantageous and promotes efficiency of activity of tourist enterprise. The practical value of work consists in drawing on the results of research which will allow substantially to improve quality services in tourist business.
