Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of managing the quality of education, which concerns not only the modern European educational space, but also the innovative development of the country's humanitarian policy. A comprehensive study of education as an object of state administration and legal regulation was conducted, the concepts of "education" and "educational service" were distinguished.
