Abstract

The article deals with innovation in the modern system of scientific and technological enterprise, comparison of selected indicators to measure the level of technological development and innovation Scientific and technical enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the people's Republic of China for 2017, recommendations for the Republic of Belarus on enhancing the effectiveness of the innovation in the system of scientific and technological enterprise countries, taking into account the experience of the innovation model of the people's Republic of China and the development of innovation in the technological sphere.
