Abstract

The purpose of the article is Ukraine military education system innovative model substantiation. The research methodology consists in the application of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, forecasting, as well as in the use of systemic approach. The scientific novelty is in the innovative model of military education proposed. The model consists of three components: formal (high education), professional military education, and training the officers and military specialists. Conclusions. The study found that implementation and realization in practice of the proposed innovative model of the military education system makes it possible to provide the needs of stakeholders in highly qualified professional personnel.
