A lengthy survey of the top 100 insurer groups' executives provides the basis for an analysis of attitudes, plans, and expectations for future use and management of information technologies such as automated multi-function workstations, executive workstations, electronic mail storage, and copy/printing, data base machines, and satellites. Management information systems and decision support systems are also included.
