He has developed several computer systems for business and governmental organizations. He is a member of ACM/SIGCSE and a graduate of Texas Tech University with a major in Information Systems.J. Wayne SpenceDr. J. Wayne Spence is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Information Systems at North Texas State University. He has taught at Western Illinois University and Stephen F. Austin State University, and has been instrumental in curriculum development in the area of business information systems. He has written several articles and delivered several papers in professional meetings. He has served as a systems consultant in the areas of legal case accounting, inventory control systems, and currently serves several large financial institutions.Steve GuynesDr. Steve Guynes is Professor of Accounting and Information Systems at North Texas State University. He is a member of AAA, AIDS, ASM, DPMA, and ACM. He has served as chairman of the MIS group for national AIDS, and is the author of numerous papers in the area of accounting and information systems. He is currently a consultant in EDP audit training for the IRS national office and provides systems consulting to many of the largest financial institutions in the country.
