Positions are contingent on funding. The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a Ph.D. in Accounting from an AACSB-accredited institution. Candidates nearing completion of the doctorate may be considered; however, the doctorate must be complete prior to the end of the first semester. Mainstream professional certification with related professional experience in accounting is required (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA). Good verbal communication skills and excellent classroom presentation skills are essential for appointment. Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience in their area of teaching interests. Application review begins October 15, 2012.
