Abstract
The paper considers a system for automating accounting operations when completing a transport vehicle with the necessary equipment, which can significantly simplify and optimize the management of preparation for transportation. The proposed method is illustrated by the example of equipping a passenger wagon with removable soft and hard equipment. A mobile application has been developed that, providing interaction between the conductor and the outfitter, allows you to track the equipment of the wagon with property both at the point of formation and during the entire route and take prompt measures to complete the wagon with missing inventory. The created software includes an intelligent chatbot for prompt access to reference information by all users of the application — participants in the process of equipping wagons.
