Abstract

Goal: substantiation of the demand for external and internal information and communication technologies and the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the company's fixed assets, which provide more effective interaction in the “man — means of labor” system. Methodology: the use of theoretical and methodological apparatus for building an organizational and economic mechanism for managing fixed assets of an enterprise based on the application of integrated and systematic approaches in information and communication technologies. Findings: methods of assessing the level of development of information and communication technologies based on the construction of chains of the same and different-quality elements of the structure have been developed; a method of comparing time indicators designed to establish the level of need, security, use and development of information and communication technologies has been proposed. Originality and contribution of the authors: the concept of complexity of the created chain of elements of the structure of information and communication technologies is introduced into consideration, the value of which depends on the complexity of each element involved in its formation; methods for assessing the level of development of information and communication technologies are developed; the most preferred values for the need, security and use of information and communication technologies are established.
