Abstract

Scientific approaches of generalization of development of cocso-chemistry industry of Ukraine, classic definitions and their features are analysed, a necessity of application of different methods is researches that is determined by the modern state of existence of industry. Cocso-chemistry industry provides more than 25% of industrial production of the state, gives about 40% of currency receivabless in the budget of Ukraine and more than 10% receivabless in the State budget. Ukraine is one of leaders among the countries-producers of black metals in the world. 2008 year to 7 th took place on volume steelmakings and 3th place - on volume export of metallproducts. Ukraine is included in ten of the largest producers and exporters of metal. More than 80% metallproducts is exported in the countries of Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America. Technological modernisation of steelmaking production has for an object complete abandonment from the use of open-hearth furnaces. But it requires considerable facilities and quite a bit time. As an example, France, began the reconstruction of the metallurgical industry 30 more than back and during 10-15 uses a converter production. The special attention in the article was spared to research of approach of the systems to determination of technological potential of enterprises, generalized methodologies of estimation of innovative potential and possibility of their application for a category "innovativetechnological potential", the system of indexes of statistical evaluation of innovative-technological potential is analysed.
