Abstract
目的 观察实施个性化教育后,精神分裂症患者服药依从性的变化。 方法 选取2018年5月至2019年5月永康市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组行常规方式处理,观察组采用个性化健康教育。比较两组服药依从性。 结果 两组护理前服药依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组低依从性、高依从性分别为20.00%、38.00%,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.93、4.60,均P<0.05)。 结论 个性化健康教育可提高精神疾病患者的服药依从性。
