Abstract
目的 探讨循证护理干预对重症监护室(ICU)压疮高危患者的影响。 方法 选取2015年9月至2017年2月丽水市中医院ICU压疮高危患者60例，根据随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用常规压疮护理，观察组采用循证护理干预方法，比较分析两组患者的临床效果。 结果 观察组患者压疮发生率(3.33%)和临床护理满意度(96.67%)明显优于对照组(20.00%，83.33%)，差异均有统计学意义(χ2＝15.663，6.265，均P<0.05)。 结论 对ICU压疮高危患者采用循证护理干预，可减少压疮的发生，提高患者对护理满意度。
