Abstract
En este trabajo se analizan los antecedentes, supuestos de procedencia, así como la tramitación, resolución y la problemática que presentan los recursos de inconformidad, revocación y queja administrativa interpuestos en contra de actos u omisiones del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, partiendo del concepto y elementos constitutivos de los recursos administrativos.
