Abstract

(Abstracted from BJOG 2020;127:1074–1080) One way to reduce the risk of stillbirths is to focus on improving the detection of fetal growth restriction (FGR) and providing timely delivery of the small-for-gestational-age (SGA) fetus. Detecting and delivering the SGA pregnancy at less than 40 weeks of gestation are the recommended best practice.
