Abstract

Quality of working life is a concept used in regulations adopted at the regional level. At the same time, employee satisfaction with the quality of working life is characterized by various indicators, including compliance of working conditions with safety and labor protection requirements, as well as additional guarantees and compensations provided by the employer to the employee. Providing additional guarantees that affect the employee’s subjective satisfaction with the quality of work life can be achieved by including appropriate conditions in collective bargaining agreements, agreements, and employment contracts. The author of the article analyzes social partnership acts and judicial practice in disputes regarding the implementation of the terms of employment contracts that improve the quality of life of workers.
