Abstract
The problem of high traffic congestion by road transport significantly af fects the effectiveness of socio-economic development of urban areas. Freight transport plays a significant role in reducing traffic on city streets, and therefore there is an urgent need to optimize the process of controlling its movement. The article discusses the possibility of using intelligent systems in the transport and logistics process of cargo delivery in urban conditions is considered.
