Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights in relation to goods sent in international mail, using modern information customs technologies. The study made it possible to identify the main problems of administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights in relation to goods sent in international mail. In the course of the work, a methodological approach to the systematization of problems has been developed. The blocks of problems that are associated with the operation of the system for ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights in relation to goods sent in international mail are highlighted their classification is carried out based on an applied nature. The authors proposed the use of certain administrative and legal means in order to develop administrative and legal regulation of the activities of customs authorities to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights in relation to goods sent in international mail.
