Abstract

Recently the world is shaken even more often by technogenic catastrophes and social explosions. All have on lips tragic names «Chernobyl» and «Fukushima». In Russia to the specified accidents accident on the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station recently carried away tens human lives was added still. However, if to consider and conduct careful research of the deep reasons of the specified accidents, it is possible to come to the original conclusion that their main reason – decrease in quality of education and, as a result, level of professional qualification of the experts responsible for safety of strategic objects, for destinies of millions people. In our educated century of a post-industrial civilization when the peace atom finds the increasing application in various fields of activity of the person, from quality of preparation of modern experts the main components disappeared. Name to these main components – «Spirituality» and «Moral». The purpose of the real work is development of fundamental criteria of quality of education in the conditions of globalization. The concept «quality of education» is thus specified. The dialectic method is applied to achievement of the specified purpose. Seven fundamental criteria of quality of education in which «Spirituality» takes the main place are as a result developed. It is shown that if to base on an assessment of quality of education the «financial» criterion claiming that formation of subjects is more high-quality, than it will allow to receive bigger earnings further to the trainee, the way to which points this criterion is deadlock as conducts to consumer society formation, to resource wars and to global ecological and social disasters.
