Abstract

Introduction. Ukraine is in difficult political and economic conditions. The war and the Covid-19 pandemic have a negative impact on the development of business systems. Losses caused by these events are not only economic, but also ecological, social and psychological. Instability of economic processes, forced relocation of enterprises, world trends and goals of sustainable development, internationalization processes caused a change in the business model. Enterprise systems have become more flexible and respond more quickly to the changing environment, both internal and external. In these conditions, the business needs updating and deepening the acquired knowledge and skills of employees in business schools or on remote platforms. This approach forms a global network of updated knowledge, draws attention to foreign methods of conducting business, evaluates the effectiveness of the processes of functioning of business systems. The study is focused on identifying the main criteria for assessing the quality of business education in entrepreneurial systems. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research is general and special scientific methods: generalization, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, logical-historical analysis, induction and deduction, comparison. The information base of the research consists of materials of research reports on the quality of education, periodicals and monographic publications. Results and discussion. The professional training of teachers is the guarantee of a high level of quality in the training of students. An important aspect of the quality of higher education is the formation of leadership qualities in graduates, planning and definition of a development strategy, description of specific business processes, personnel support, awareness and openness of information, customer orientation, evaluation of results. The quality of education is the factor that determines the economic development and competitiveness of the country, increases the world rankings. The basis of a successful business is high-quality business education, which is provided both by educational institutions and public organizations, educational hubs, and distance learning platforms. Internet platforms and educational hubs began to actively develop in Ukraine, in addition, education for adults was formed. Moreover, in the market of educational services, business education is provided both by educational institutions and hubs, remote platforms, the Women's Chamber of Business of Ukraine, and the public sector through grant programs. Two business schools are well-known in Ukraine: Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv Business School) and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv Business School). In general, in economic educational concepts during business education, the main criterion for evaluating efficiency is the "balance of interests". It is defined as one of the key benchmarks in assessing the quality and effectiveness of personnel training. Over the past ten years, business education in Ukraine has been developing quite dynamically, absorbing foreign experience. Business-oriented people show ambition, learn to defend their own interests and conceptual approaches to conducting their business. Assessment of the quality of business education is an important element in the activity of the entrepreneurial system. The criteria for assessing the quality of business education should be determined in such areas as: learning motivation, learning process, learning effectiveness. Conclusions. Despite the war in Ukraine, business education remains popular and gaining momentum. In general, business education is changing the format from offline learning to online. Educational hubs, remote platforms and courses that are offered in parallel to trainings and business education programs for deepening or consolidating certain knowledge or skills are gaining more and more popularity. Changing market requirements, as well as internationalization processes, affect business development and necessitate continuous self-development and training. In business education, the main criteria for evaluating the quality of education are: 1) the salary level of graduates; 2) demand for graduates of a separate business school; 3) assessment system for individual practical tasks; 4) qualification level of business school teachers; 5) material and technical support of educational space; 6) innovative approaches in teaching; 7) use of foreign experience to form training programs.
