Abstract

Fulfillment of contractual obligations for cargo transportation, as shown by the results of practical observations, can be hindered by inaccurate or incomplete knowledge of features of cargo transportation by road transport in cities. These drawbacks in preparation of contracts for cargo transportation may cause a situation where the carrier assumes obligations inherently impossible in specific operating conditions. This can lead to unexpected freight charges.
