Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that occur in Bogor City, namely the slow process of public services to the community, one of these services is the service to the needs of the community in Bogor City by the City Government (PEMKOT Bogor) in dealing with social and public problems. In this study, the authors used the literature awareness research method. Researchers collected data using literature and documentation study techniques. This study uses the theory of library studies to look at theories with facts that exist directly with existing case studies, namely on the Sibadra Website, Bogor City. The conclusions obtained from the results of the research conducted are that there is an Innovation in Public Services in the City of Bogor, namely the presence of a new service for public complaints against the government, which by Bogor City Government this service can make it easier for the people of Bogor City to be able to report complaints about the quality of public services and fast response from the Bogor City Government to respond to community complaints. Services in the transportation sector were also present, namely the Biskita Transpakuan bus innovation for easy mobility for the people of Bogor City. Present in the social field, namely online-based public services to facilitate community needs for social problems. This system can be realized because of Change Management, the Deregulation of Public Services and the implementation of agile governance carried out by the Bogor City Government.
