Abstract

Technological advancement has allowed computer tools to be fed with constant information due to the processing of data that people share through social networks or purchasing platforms. This is an opportunity for large companies since they can make sales or segmentation projections of market in an efficient way and running less risk of failure by having data on the purchasing behavior of potential customers. Once the data is processed using statistical algorithms, focused business rules can be established that allow customers to be offered products that adapt to their needs, generating an important value chain for the growth of the sales margin and mainly thanks to measurement tools. Data visualization can control the daily progress of goals from the mobile device and make appropriate management decisions for the effective implementation of business intelligence.
